2. What data we collect

2.1 When you visit our website

Our web hosting provider (World4You) automatically collects standard log data with each visit:

• IP address (anonymized where possible)
• Date and time of the request
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referrer URL

This data is used solely for technical operation, security, and error analysis, and is not linked to your personal identity. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).

2.2 When you sign up for the ticket waiting list

When you submit our ticket-reservation form, we collect and store:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The number of tickets you plan to purchase

This data is processed by Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.), our email service provider, and is stored on their servers in the USA. Mailchimp is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). We will use this data solely to send you information about OASIS SPACE, in particular the pre-sale link and event updates. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email.

2.3 When you contact us

If you contact us by email, we store your message and email address for the purpose of responding. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

3. Third-party services

3.1 Mailchimp

Ticket signups are processed by Mailchimp. See their privacy notice at mailchimp.com/legal/privacy.

3.2 Google Fonts

We load web fonts (Onest, Instrument Serif) from Google Fonts. When you visit our site, your browser makes a request to Google servers, which may include your IP address. See Google Privacy Policy.

3.3 Hosting

Our website is hosted by World4You Internet Services GmbH, Wels, Austria. See World4You privacy statement.

4. Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Only strictly necessary cookies may be set by embedded third-party services (such as Mailchimp).

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

6. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40-42, 1030 Vienna, if you believe your data is being processed unlawfully.

7. Data retention

We store your ticket-signup data until you unsubscribe or until 12 months after the last OASIS SPACE event, whichever comes first. Email correspondence is stored for up to 3 years in accordance with our record-keeping obligations.

8. Data security

This website uses HTTPS encryption. However, transmission of data over the internet (e.g., via email) can never be entirely secure. We take reasonable steps to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Substantial changes will be announced via email to subscribers where applicable.
