Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the OASIS SPACE website (oasisspace.plus) and any tickets or services purchased through it. By using this website or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. Organiser

The OASIS SPACE 2026 day festival on 30 August 2026 at Stadtflucht Bergmühle is organised by:

2. Ticket purchase

2.1 Booking

Tickets can be purchased online via our website starting 21 July 2026. Ticket sale is subject to availability. A ticket entitles the holder to one entry on the event day.

2.2 Age restriction

Entry is restricted to persons aged 18 and over. Photo ID may be required at entry.

2.3 Prices and payment

All prices include Austrian VAT. Payment is due at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

2.4 Ticket delivery

E-tickets are sent by email after successful payment. It is your responsibility to check your spam folder and to keep your ticket confidential.

3. Right of withdrawal

Please note: in accordance with §18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), the right of withdrawal does not apply to services related to leisure activities that are provided on a specific date or during a specific period. This includes festival tickets.

Tickets are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except as provided under section 6 (cancellation by organiser).

4. Ticket transfer

Tickets may be transferred to another person free of charge. We do not permit resale for profit. We reserve the right to invalidate tickets offered for commercial resale.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who violate these rules, without refund.

6. Cancellation by organiser

If the event has to be cancelled due to force majeure (e.g. natural disaster, government order, pandemic), we will offer either:

Consequential damages (travel, accommodation, etc.) are not refundable.

7. Liability

Participation in workshops, movement classes, and rituals is at your own risk. We are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

If you have health conditions (physical or mental), please inform yourself in advance whether the activities are suitable for you, and consult a medical professional if in doubt.

8. Media consent

We may take photographs and video recordings during the event for documentation and promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed. You may request removal of specific images featuring you by contacting us at hello@oasisspace.plus.

9. Data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Austrian law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods and conflict-of-law rules. Consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.

11. Place of jurisdiction

For disputes with entrepreneurs (B2B): the competent court in Vienna.
For disputes with consumers: the competent court at the consumer's place of residence within the EU/EEA.

12. Severability

Should any provision of these Terms be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the economic purpose.
